According to the Announcement No. 20 of 2026 by the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Taxation Administration (Announcement on Adjusting Certain Battery Consumption Tax Policies), in order to properly manage the collection of consumption tax at the import stage, the customs commodity codes corresponding to the battery products covered by the aforementioned policy adjustments are hereby announced. Please refer to the attachment for details.

This announcement will come into effect on September 1, 2026. When importing or exporting battery products, relevant parties shall declare according to the customs commodity codes listed in the attachment of this announcement.

This is hereby announced.
