6. If the requirements are met, the purchaser issues a review notice to the supplier. Suppliers that meet the requirements can enter the buyer's supply chain. 7. Buyers and suppliers for the initial commercial negotiations, the normal negotiation time in three months.

 

8. The parties sign the contract.

10. The purchaser reviews the supplier's small batch products. All small batch products must be strictly tested.

 

11. If the low-volume product is approved, then this supplier will be added to the purchaser's product catalog.

 

12. When suppliers join the buyer's product catalog, each catalog needs to be reviewed by itself, and each place needs to be reviewed again. The whole process takes half a year. Credit issues are even more important.

 

13. There can be no mistakes in each process, and credit problems are not allowed.

 

14. After the above links have been successfully passed, they can become the supplier of this buyer. Entering their global supply chain is extremely demanding. If any link goes wrong, it will be possible to waste all previous efforts.
